- Azmuhamedov I. Cognitive-modeling-based Integrated Security Analysis and Management
The scheme of cognitive model construction is proposed that allows unifying the approaches to the integrated risk management in various systems.
- Saltykov S. Experimental Comparison of Methods of Weighted Sum, Utility Theory and Criteria Importance Theory for the Solution of Multicriterial Problems with Score Criteria
An experimental comparison of the methods of weighted sum, the utility theory and the criteria importance theory is performed while solving the multicriteria problems with score criteria. It is shown that under very weak assumptions, the method of weighted sum leads to significant percentage of mistakes, while methods of the utility theory are often result in loss of time for unneeded construction of the utility function. The criteria importance theory is free of these shortcomings.
- Mazurov A. Dissipativity and Risk-Sensitivity in Control Problems
The paper reviews some results regarding application of dissipativity and risk-sensitivity in control design problems. These concepts are shown to be effective in solving the problems of analysis and synthesis for deterministic and stochastic systems. The research of possibility of dissipativity and risk-sensitivity integration is shown to be promising.
- Ivaschenko A., Pugacheva E. Pogodina S. Modelling the Virtual Communities of Users in Integrated Information Space
This paper describes an approach to model virtual communities of users in information space. The approach bases on the concept of media viruses’ distribution. It provides an algorithm of virtual communities control based on the analysis of neural network simulation results.
- Ilyin V. Technology of Scientific Activities: an Approach to Improve Efficiency
This article describes the fundamental part of the conception for technology of scientific activities in human-machine environment for symbol modeling of arbitrary objects (s-environment). Further, the article proposes an approach to formalized description of scientific results and defines rules of publication, discussion, evaluation of the significance, storage, and distribution of these results in s-environment.
- Enaleev A. Optimal Mechanism for an Active System with Communication
For an active system consisting of a principal and a single agent where the principal has incomplete information about the cost function of the agent the optimal mechanism is developed. Optimal mechanism includes both planning and incentive schemes. Incentive scheme consists of two components: a reward for plan execution, and a reward for plan tightness.
- Mylnikov L. Innovation Projects Management with Integral Criteria's Funciton
An approach to innovative projects management based on the project’s integrated estimate is proposed. Specific methods and techniques applied depend upon the project and are determined by a subject domain and preferences of a decision-maker. The proposed approach aims to control the innovation project lifecycle by appropriate decisions and, thus, choices of the best alternatives during project execution. Strict limitations on the resources and permissible actions are typical for project management. The approach under consideration supports sustainable development of a single project or a group of projects, when wrong decisions are revealed at the very early stages, thus resulting in economy and better concentra-tion of resources on the most promising innovations.
- Sirazetdinov R., Brazhkina A. Universal Structural Model of a Standard Economic Cluster
Conception of economic clusters is one of the modern approaches to analyze regional economy. In this article one will find a research and analysis of economic cluster’s basic attributes. Also we present an original universal structural model of standards economic cluster based on process approach as well as an economic clusters’ modeling algorithm, which can be used to identify and analyse different economic clusters. Structural models of economic clusters known from literature are provided as an example.
- Akhmetzyanov A., Ibragimov I., Yaroshenko Y. Integrated Hydrodynamical Models of Oil Field Development Processes
We consider the problems of development of integrated mathematical models for stratum fluids filtration and gas-liquid mixtures flows (i.e. oil, natural gas, and water) in oil and gas collecting systems. The modeling process consists of finding the generalized solution for the system of equations that describe real physical processes in oil and gas strata, shafts, and on-ground collecting pipelines. We propose and study the methods to solve nonlinear al-gebraic equations systems obtained from the space-time approximation of the initial boundary problems of the considered class.
- Gvozdeva I., Koshev A., Varentsov V. Controlling the Electrochemical Reactor with Three-dimensional Flowing Electrodes by Optimal Conductivity Distributiion
We propose an algorithm to calculate the conductivity distribution over the width of the electrode that ensures uniform execution of electrochemical process over the width of three-dimensional porous electrode. Patterns of three-dimensional porous electrode functioning given different conductivity distributions are numerically studied.
- Kryukov A., Zakaryukin V., Abramov N. Control of Railway Electric Systems
The method is proposed for alternate-current railway electric systems control. The method is based on the contingency approach. Applicability of this method for real-life control problems in complex main-line railroad electric systems is verified by computer simulation.
- Pudovikov O. Controlling Long Heavy Freight Trains
We propose using the algorithms of traction and brake mechanisms control to achieve the desired quality of heavy freight trains speed control and to improve traffic safety. These algorithms must account for the specific character of freight train as a distributed mechanical system.
- Gonchar D., Fourougian M. Algorythms of Control in Multiprocessor System with Mixed Jobs Set
We propose an approximate algorithm to build the speed-optimal schedule for the set of heterogeneous jobs. Some jobs admit interruption while others do not. We allow for the arbitrary processors’ speed. We use the multicoasting algorithm with calibration and the modified algorithm of packing.
