  • Aliev S. Perfect aggregation of information in multistage two-person games with a fixed order of moves and aggregate information about the partner'S choice
  • Two-person multistage game is considered with fixed order of moves, with perfect information at every move about the history of the game, and with aggregated information about current move of the second player. Player 1 is the first to choose his move xi(?) on every stage and at the beginning of the game announces his strategy x(?) = (x1(?), ..., xn(?)) - the complete plan for all n stages. Given the choice of player 1 and the history of the game the second player maximizes her payoff function by choosing her strategy v = (v1, v2, …, vn). The article applies the theory of Lee groups to give sufficient condition of perfect information aggregation in this game.

  • Akhobadze A., Krasnova S. Tracking problem solution under uncertainty based on joint controllability and observability block form
  • Structural properties of linear multidimensional dynamic systems under effect of external disturbances are analyzed in tracking problem on output values. Only output variables are supposed to be measured, components of external distributions are assumed to be unknown non-smooth limited functions of time. The step-by-step transformation procedure of source linear system to joint controllability and observability block form relating to output values is developed. On the basis of the given form decomposition feedback synthesis procedure is presented that provides convergence of output variables to program trajectory with predetermined asymptotic convergence rates. The problem of information support for compositing control algorithms is solved by state observer on sliding modes.

  • Epifanov A. The analysis of geometrical images of finite state mashine operation rules
  • Operations rules are analyzed of the discrete determined dynamic systems (finite state machine) presented in the form of geometrical images - schedules with numerical coordinates of points. As geometrical images are considered classical geometrical curves: golden spiral, Lemniscate of Bernouilli, a ballistic curve,Equiangular spiral, Archimedian spiral, Astroid, Galileo's spiral, Brachistochrone (or brachistochronous) curve etc. In article is researched dependence of number of conditions at the minimal finite state machine constructed on a curve, from power of the entrance alphabet of the finite state machine.

  • Vorobkalov P., Kamaev V. Estimating the quality of E-learning systems
  • Existing approaches to e-learning systems quality estimation are analyzed. The “layered” approach for e-learning systems quality estimation enhanced with learning process modeling and simulation is presented. The method of quality estimation using learning process modeling and quality criteria are suggested. The learning process model based on extended colored stochastic Petri net is described. The method was implemented in the automated system of e-learning systems “QuAdS” quality estimation. Results of approbation of the method developed and quality criteria are presented. We argue that using learning process modeling for quality estimation simplifies identifying lacks of an e-learning system for an expert.

  • Afraimovich L., Prilutsky M. Flow search in infeasible networks
  • The paper covers the problem of finding flow in infeasible transport type network with two-side arc capacities. Minimization problem of overall penalty for capacities modification was considered while investigating of infeasible network flow models. Proposed algorithm of solving the considered problem is based on reduction to min-cost network flow problem. In the case of tree-like network algorithm of solving the considered problem based on bounds reduction method is proposed.

Limitation of incentive method applicability is illustrated.

  • Kartashov V., Khorosheva T. Models of algorithm and process of social rehabilitation (case of "risk group" children)
  • The processes of social rehabilitation are complex guided dynamic processes. Their complexity is determined by the nature of the subject including the complex rating system of subject states in rehabilitation process and high monitoring costs. The research describes calculation of efficiency rating of individual rehabilitation programs based on the algorithm and the rehabilitation process models. Model is built on the basis of structural-parametric identification by input-output measures. Proposed method is implemented for rehabilitation of children from "risk group".

  • Andrievsky B. Global Stabilization of the Unstable Reaction-wheel Pendulum
  • The paper deals with the problem of the Reaction Wheel Pendulum stabilization about unstable (inverted) position for arbitrary initial conditions. Considered mechanical system consists of a physical pendulum with a symmetric disk attached to the end of the pendulum, which is free to spin about an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the pendulum. The disk is actuated by a DC-motor. The coupling torque generated by the angular acceleration of the disk is used to control of the pendulum. The switching control law is proposed to swinging up the pendulum and balancing it about the inverted position. The nonlinear swinging up control law is proposed ensuring global stabilization of thr pendulum about inverted position. The Energy-based Speed-gradient (EBSG) control scheme is used to designing the swinging-up controller. The modification of the EBSG method is proposed to ensure attainability of the inverted position of the pendulum for all initial states of the system. The balance controller is designed on the basis of The sliding-mode Variable Structure Control approach is used for designg the balance controller. The parameter estimation procedure based on Kalman Filtering concept is developed to cope with a-priory parametric uncertainty. Numerical simulation results are presented showing achievement of the posed control goal by means of the control action of small magnitude.}

  • Sharov S. Specificity of the Earth surface monitoring via geostationary geosynchronous Earth orbit satellite radar
  • A problem is considered of design the spacecraft surveillance radar with the reflector antenna, ensuring high-accuracy and high resolution ground location of the prescribed Earth area. Peculiarities of Earth monitoring via the radar with phase-shift keyed signal are studied. For a multi-beam radar of the geostationary geosynchronous Earth orbit satellite the algorithm of switching the partial directional paths is proposed, providing the uniform precip of the area of interest with the highest possible density of the probing beams for the minimal time under conditions of uniform satellite rotation about the centroidal axis and the constant probing frequency. The numerical example is presented showing effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
