- Seventy years of formation and evolution of native control theory: Institute of control sciences is 70
The survey is devoted to the 70-th anniversary of Trapeznikov’s Institute of Control Sciences of RAS (ICS RAS). It sketches the history of ICS, enumerates major current lines of inquiry, makes mention of famous scholars at various times worked in ICS, and refers to their contribution to the control theory and its applications.

The way of discrete dynamic system parameters identification in the form of the generalized adjusted object of measurement is considered. Contrastive analysis of genetic algorithm and exhaustive search efficacy in finding filter parameter’s value is completed. The example is adduced of algorithm application for identification of wells connectivity system parameters.

Adaptive synchronization method for a class of nonlinear Lur'e systems having paccifiable linear part under the limited-band communication channel and a first-order coder is proposed. An application of the proposed method by the example of adaptive synchronization of chaotic Chua systems is presented. Quantitative measures of synchronization process for different data rates of the channel are obtained. Availability of the proposed method for information transmission based on chaotic signal modulation is demonstrated.

Incentive problems to reduce projects execution time are put. The optimal unified linear incentive scheme is found that reduces project execution time. The solution is based on the notions of network path capacity and the power of a cutset. A sort of duality theorem is proven to establish the equality of the maximum ways capacity and the minimum power of cutsets.

The model of the ecological safety automated control system for industrial and transport complex (one of the major branches of economy) is proposed. The model is based on the new representation of control object and the idea of adaptivity subject to the changes in environment and the object itself. The idea is realized by including an expert information subsystem into the system. The structure of this subsystem is considered.

NEc-model focuses on the development of national economy. It is relevant to the modern economic relations and information technologies. Money is treated not as an intermediary good, but as an electronic document that proves the cost of goods and property status of participants of economic relations. The model defines rules for money emission, banking, investing and export/import.

Basic approaches to define the concept of "cluster" are considered along with the methods to identify clusters. The model of clusters formation is proposed. The model bases on national "Input-Output" tables at regional level. In case of the East Kazakhstan region the most perspective for regional economy’s development mining and smelting cluster is revealed. The estimation of structural influence of the basic segments of mining and smelting cluster on the economy of the East-Kazakhstan region is performed.

This paper is devoted to the problem of the boiler system control. This problem solution is based on the technique of closed-loop pole placement in given LMI region of the complex plain, as well as H_inf-loop shaping using LMI. Closed-loop performance requirements are established in form of both frequency-domain constraints onto the singular values of open-loop transfer function and constraints onto closed-loop pole placement at the complex plain. The designed full-order H_inf controller is reduced via balanced truncation technique.

The problem is set of energy efficiency criterion feedforward control of heat-and-power engineering systems in metallurgical production. The suggested problem solution approach uses exponential filtration method based on dynamic estimations of energy efficiency parameters. The article contains an example of energy efficiency criterion feedforward control of a steam supply system in a metallurgical plant.

Aspects of building of data transmission channel in modern safety of shipping management systems are considered. Comparative analysis of current solutions is carried out. Requirements to the characteristics of the IEEE 802.16 (WiMAX) wireless equipment working in 10-66 GHz frequency band and to be used to ensure data transmission between elements of safety of shipping systems were determined on example of Novorossiysk Vessel Traffic System (VTS) for the first time.
