  • Golosovskiy M. Mamdani fuzzy inference system local tuning algorithm with the saving interpretation capability of inference rules
  • The article presents the Mamdani systems local tuning algorithm with saving interpretation capability of inference rules, which allows us to solve the problem of expert system configuration on the basis of statistical data or on the basis of information on the exact (crisp) value of the system output for certain input values. Restrictions were set on the conclusion rules for applying direct and inverse transformation of the Mamdani-type system to the Sugeno-type system. In this article a formula for local tuning of the Sugeno-type system is proposed. This formula calculates the values of the fuzzy logical rules consequences based on the construction of the perpendicular bisector between n-dimensional surfaces. Surfaces equations are based on the values of the conclusions of each rule before and after tuning. The Sugeno-type system is transformed back to the Mamdani-type system after local tuning. The saving of interpretation capability of inference rules is ensured by the introduction of a linguistic modifier. The modifier allows us to set the new language values to rules consequences by adding the degree of change based on reference linguistic values.

  • Sheipak S. Consensus of multicomponent system in changing topology with additive noise
  • The article focuses on multiagent systems with a fixed number of components. Particles synchronise in discrete moments of time according to a certain set of communication graphs. At every moment of time state of the system is described by a vector that updates iteratively. Each agent's state is determined by states of its neighbours and is influenced by additive noise component. Besides, links between particles change through time. Thus, the evolution of the system can be described as an iterative process where the state vector is multiplied by a certain stochastic matrix and added to a random vector. The aim of this paper is to analyze a value that represents a measure of how close to consensus the system is. The work suggests some restrictions on graphs that are sufficient to obtain an upper bound on that value. Besides, another modified model is presented. It allows relax conditions on graphs and still keep the value bounded.

  • Tsvirkun A., Rezchikov A., Samartsev A., Ivaschenko V., Kushnikov V., Bogomolov A., Filimonyuk L. Mathematical model of fire dynamics development in premises
  • A mathematical model of the dynamics of fire in premises is proposed. A significant difference of the model is a reduction in the complexity of calculations and an increase in the accuracy of results due to the use of the principles of cellular automata. The developed software package with support for parallel processes allows you to change the geometry of rooms and display the dynamics of the environment in a fire, which is necessary for planning actions for the elimination of fires and the evacuation of people. Using the proposed model and software package together with known evacuation models will improve the layout of the premises and reduce the time of evacuation in fires.

  • Groshev A., Frolova O. The noise-immune adaptivity-robust algorithm of control the measurements reliability of the inertial-satellite navigation systems
  • The application of the equipment of satellite navigation system as a part of highly dynamic unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with breakeven inertial navigation satellite systems(INSS) demands to increase the noise immunity. The noise i n navigation information caused both electronic countermeasure equipment and failure functioning of equipment of consumers of satellite navigation system may be separate and parry. As indicator of failure data may be used Kalman’s filter sequence of residual, normalized by her mean square deviation. This indicator can insure both noise-immune and adaptivity-robust systems state value.

  • Burkov V., Enaleev A., Strogonov V., Fedyanin D. Models and management structure of innovative technologies development and implementation. part i: mechanisms of priority projects selection and resource distribution
  • The article consists of two parts. In the first part, we propose approaches for implementation of complex projects development to create innovative tools and technologies that ensure the energy efficiency at rail transport. We consider methods for evaluating and classifying projects according to their degree of feasibility and efficiency. We present the model and algorithm of resource planning for a set of projects.
