In the analysis of ill-structured situation (SS), the principal is to identify and study has disputed factors, the impact of which only experts express assumption. The article provides the method for selecting the important factors based on SWOT-schemes and the construction of scenarios analysis of the situation, knowledge of which are presented in the form of formal cognitive maps.
- Goncharova E.V., Staritsyn M.V. Gradient Algorithms for Optimal Impulsive Control
We consider an optimal control problem for a measure-driven dynamic system under constraint on the total variation of a control measure. Parent algorithms based on weak variation of control are employed to solve a reduced optimal control problem with bounded controls. By applying discontinuous time reparameterization technique we translate the parent methods to formulate new algorithms for optimal impulsive control. The methods' properties are investigated. An example is given.

The problem of energy consumption forecasting in trade centers in Holland and Belgium is considered in this paper. The forecast frameworks based on connectionists systems is suggested here. Paper presents the general description of the framework and the list of specific features connected with observed domain. There are several connectionists systems are implemented to solve forecast problem. They are based on average model, linear regression, neural networks. Models were tested with different set of input variables. In conclusion results and summary were presented.

The solution method is suggested for the problem of effective power supply of isolated consumers taking into account real schedules of power loadings and interrelation of the scheme components (an energy consumer, external electric and thermal energy sources, traditional sources of heat supply, i.e. a water-heating boiler-house, and auxiliary scheme elements, several power sources). The special algorithms are developed which reduce the optimization problem for several independent power sources to the linear program.

We consider an approach to simulation of local area computing networks. The approach uses colored Petri networks with time mechanism and queues. We offer the notion of role functionals and define operations on them. We also provide an example of Petri net design for the fragment of a local area network and suggest the general algorithm of simulation run.
- Breer V. V. Game-theoretical model of non-anonymous threshold conformity behavior
The game-theoretical model of non-anonymous threshold conformity behavior is studied for binary players’ action sets. Non-anonymity implies different degree of trust of a player to her neighbors. Brief analysis of conformity and autonomy notions is presented and the game-theoretical threshold model is built which describes controversy of conformity and autonomy. Nash equilibria, which characterize conformity behavior, are singled out. Characteristics of Nash equilibriums of the considered model are investigated and the structure of these equilibria is described.

- Iskakov M. B., Iskakov A. B. Numerical solution of Hotelling's Game in secure strategies
We study the price-location game in the classical model of spatial competition proposed by H.Hotelling in 1929 with the linear transport costs and elastic demand. We employ the concept of
equilibrium in secure strategies (ESS) which allows to solve the subgame of choosing prices for any locations. The numerical solution of the two-stage location-price Hotelling game is presented. The obtained results are interpreted and interesting economic effects of the model are discussed.
- Korepanov V. O. Control of reflexive behavior in Cournot oligopoly
The model of reflexive behavior of agents in Cournot oligopoly is considered. Agents are split into classes of different level of reflection, and behavior of different classes essentially differs. The game outcome depends on the number of agents in each class (on the distribution of agents by classes). Possibility is considered of manipulating the equilibrium price by changing levels of agents’ reflection. Properties of the optimal price-manipulation mechanism are investigated; and obtained results are discussed.
- Nurutdinova I. K., Ougolnitsky G. A. Construction of incentive mechanism based on reapportionment of wage fund
A certain (“basic”) incentive scheme for the organization with the single principal and multiple agents is considered. The new incentive scheme is proposed, which is based on rearrangement of the wage fund while keeping the profit of each agent related to the basic scheme. Also the model is studied where the basic scheme is kept for the arbitrary number of agents. The algorithm to build the optimal incentive scheme is suggested and tested on the example.
- Fedyanin D. N., Chkhartishvili A. G. În a problem of information control in social networks
The game-theoretical model used in this paper is the composition of the Markov model of social networks and the new model describing behavior of agents under group incentives provided by the principal. The article describes the Nash equilibrium and the conditions on the types of agents in a social network. Then the optimal information control mechanism of agents’ types is built to maximize the payoff of the principal.

A technique for binary games modeling (describing) is suggested. It is based on integration of signed graphs and Petri nets techniques. The modeling technique is illustrated on the example of a real politic binary game.
- Krivilyov M. D., Haranzhevskiy E.V., Gordeev G. A., Ankudinov V. E. Control of laser sintering in metallic powders
Optimization of laser sintering of submicron metal powders is studied in connection with unsteady heat transfer in a porous layer under simultaneous phase transformations. The eating/cooling rates and the depth of the sintered layer are estimated after analysis of geometrical characteristics of the metallic powder. Computer modeling revealed that the control parameters of the process are the scanning velocity and the permeability coefficient which depends on porosity and structure of the powder layer. At high porosity >70%, the mechanism of heat transfer drastically changes and an approximation of continuum becomes incorrest which degrades the quality of the sintered layer.
